When asked to design a lobby for a VR expo for maritime products and technologies a floating lobby was the obvious answer. The design featured an open yet closed design with added natural feature in an aquarium and rhododendron mini-garden, and glass pedestals holding teleport orbs for the exhibitors.
An expo featuring ground breaking maritime products from Norway deserved an equally stunning location. The pavilion is situated in the middle of the majestic Geiranger fjord. While the design was never intended to be seen from outside, it features a solar cell panel roof and a viewing platform on the top.

The Teleport VR solution from Dimension 10/Varjo was used extensively in design reviews with Ocean Visioneering. With the client located in Ålesund and myself in Son we could virtually meet and discuss the design and how to improve it.
